Jiangsu Kanion Pharmaceutical is investigating multiple dose levels of a herbal treatment versus placebo to help alleviate COVID-19 symptoms such as fever and cough. This study will also assess the effectiveness of this herbal treatment in lessening the duration of symptoms and reducing the potential for hospitalization or emergency room visits.
Qualified Participants Will Receive:
- Payment for participation and completion of study visits
- Study treatment (or placebo*) at no charge
*Placebo – contains no medicine
-No cost consultation & study related treatment with a local doctor.
To qualify for the study:
- Recent positive test for COVID-19 Infection (within last 3 days)
- Have not received treatment for COVID-19 in past 30 days
- Currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms of cough or rapid breathing rate
- Currently have a temperature of at least 100.4o Fahrenheit
- Other Criteria include being 18 to 50 years of age
