To qualify, you must: 

  • Be male or female 18 to 80 years old.
  • Have Diabetes Mellitus Type II.
  • Be taking at least 2 medications for Diabetes. 
  • Not using Insulin
  • Have an HbA1c of 9.0% or higher at screening​
